Material Needs Matter

We recognize that whole families are impacted by the opportunity of education. When we sponsor a child, it affects the family of the student.  A student cannot thrive if their family's home lacks basic necessities of food and shelter.  Many of the homes lack an adequate roof to provide protection from the rain and weather.  We have begun building roofs for the families of our sponsored students.  Our desire is to place a roof over the family of every sponsored child.  Another part of our sponsorship includes providing for the families in the form of food baskets during the holidays.  We also provide a before-school food program, three days a week, for any student in our community to be able eat breakfast on their way to school.
